ِAbu-Salim Massacre, Tripoli Appeals Court rules of No Jursidication No Jurisdiction

The Tripoli Civil Appeals Court ruled on Wednesday, 15.06.2022 that “it has no jurisdiction over the case and ordered to refer it to the Military Tribunals”.Almost 26 years since the mass murder of approximately 1200 (one thousand and two hundred) detainees, Justice has not been served. After 5 years since the Libyan judiciary has been dealing with this case, and yet they fail to serve justice.
